- Customized or bulk orders may take longer (we will notify you).
2. Delivery Time
Typical delivery timelines:
- Hyderabad & Telangana: 1–3 days
- Rest of India: 3–7 days
- International Shipping: 10–21 days (if applicable)

3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping may be offered during promotions.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive:
- Tracking ID
- Courier partner details
- Link to track your shipment
5. Incorrect Address
If delivery fails due to wrong/incomplete address:
- Re-shipping will be charged additionally.
6. Damaged Packages
If the package is visibly damaged:
- Do NOT accept it.
- Inform us immediately with photos.
