At ROYALsTEA, we take pride in offering fresh, premium whole-leaf teas packed directly from our Hyderabad facility. Due to the consumable nature of our products, returns are limited to specific circumstances.

1. Returns or Replacements

We accept returns/replacements only if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was damaged during delivery.
  • The packaging was tampered upon arrival.
  • There is a quality issue attributable to us.

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used tea packs.
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • Items purchased during special offers unless damaged/wrong item.

3. Refund Process

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
  • In case of COD orders, we initiate bank transfer/UPI refund.

4. Replacement Process

If a replacement is applicable:

  • We will ship the new product within 3–5 working days.

  • Order ID
  • Photo/video proof of issue
  • Description of the problem
