At ROYALsTEA, we take pride in offering fresh, premium whole-leaf teas packed directly from our Hyderabad facility. Due to the consumable nature of our products, returns are limited to specific circumstances.
1. Returns or Replacements
We accept returns/replacements only if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was damaged during delivery.
- The packaging was tampered upon arrival.
- There is a quality issue attributable to us.
To be eligible:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used tea packs.
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Items purchased during special offers unless damaged/wrong item.
3. Refund Process
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
- In case of COD orders, we initiate bank transfer/UPI refund.
4. Replacement Process
If a replacement is applicable:
- We will ship the new product within 3–5 working days.

- Order ID
- Photo/video proof of issue
- Description of the problem
